The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the proposal of communication mix for the newly established tennis club based on the analytical part. Gross Tenis club Nová Ves is a club of which is the main purpose and the main activity to improve the performance of talented young tennis players and to promote sports education of young people. The work includes the theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge from the literature. The analytical part includes the analysis of contemporary market situation and the marketing research among the potential clients of the pub. The proposal part introduces own proposals of the communication mix of the tennis club.
Organizing summer camps for children

Planning and organization of summer camps is the primary concern of this thesis. All the necessary aspects of organization, such as choosing the right location, creating the daily programme or even the ecological impacts summer camps have on out planet are present. The thesis also offers practical advice and tips for effective management. It can serve as a useful source for future supervisors and other summer camp management as it is a complete guidebook for successful planning and realization of such events. Aims: To create a guidebook for planning and organizing summer camps. Methods: Descriptive analytical approach, content analysis and personal experience. Results: The thesis provides a complex view into planning and organizing summer camps and offers research possibilities in the area of perfecting practice of child activities and education. Accounting in the Non-profit Organization - Theory and Practice

The bachelor thesis deals with accounting in a non-profit organisation. The theoretical part explains basic terms regarding non-profit organisations and their characteristics. It introduces various types of non-profit organisations and relevant legislation. Further it summarises the accounting principles with accent to the accounting differences between profit and non-profit organisations. It also describes the sources of funding of non-profit organisations. The thesis is applied on the Local Action Group (LAG) Landscape of my Heart, whose main aim is the support of the rural development in South and Central regions of the Czech Republic. The practical part analyses the accounting regime and financing structure of the selected organisation. The analysis of accounting regime describes the accounting specifics of the LAG Landscape of my Heart, for example accounting for donations, grants and membership fees. An advantage for the non-profit organisation is that the income from donations and membership fees is exempt from the income taxation. The analysis of multi-source financing helped to find out that over 75% of the group's resources come from grants. Therefore it was recommended that the organisation should try to obtain more individual donors or start supplementary actions.

Collaboration of media and non-profit institutions in the Tree Workers case and media portrayal of this case

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of the media coverage of the Tree Workers Case and with the communication between journalists and non-profit institutions. This case is about the labour exploitation of foreigners in Czech forests. The workers did not get paid and their accommodation as well as the food was insufficient. People from several national minorities were hurt by this practice. The case has been taken over by attorneys and it became public thanks to the work of non-profit institutions and the media. In the first part the thesis introduces the case and shows the development in it, furthermore it brings up the issue of cooperation between non-profit institutions and the media. Using interviews with representatives from both sides the second part describes the way they communicate, what would make it better and how medialization of non- profit stories looks like. Interviews also show the communication in the Tree Workers Case, followed by the analysis of chosen printed newspapers and magazines. The aim of this thesis is to discover the process of communication between journalists and non-profit institutions in the Czech media environment and to analyse the medialization of the Tree Workers Case.
TJ X3M Sokol Kralovske Vinohrady marketing mix and identify areas for improvement

Title: TJ X3M Sokol Kralovske Vinohrady marketing mix and identify areas for improvement Targets: The purpose of this bachelor work is to analyze existing marketing mix of the floorball club TJ X3M Sokol Kralovske Vinohrady and to propose areas for improvement with the final goal of attracting customers as sponsors, current players, potential players spectators and fans. Methods: There was structured interview with open questions, held at the club to obtain basic background information regarding the club and current marketing mix - (Interview 1). Case study combined with document analysis and monitoring helped to analyse the club environment. Necessary information for analysis were also obtain with structured interview (Interview 2). PEST and source analysis were used to analyse club environment. SWOT analysis was used to summarize the current marketing mix. Results: The study revealed shortcomings in the marketing mix TJ X3M Sokol Královské Vinohrady, which can be seen especially in the club's merchandising, outdoor advertising, public relations and the accompanying program. Analysis and proposal of communication for Czech marketing association

The Master´s Thesis is aimed at a marketing communication of the Czech marketing association, which is a non-profit institution focused on a development and a quality raising of a marketing field in the Czech republic. The goal of the Master´s Thesis is to analyse the marketing communication of the Czech marketing association and propose potential communication changes. The Master´s Thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter constitutes a theoretical basis. The second chapter is an analysis part which is composed of a communication analysis, a situation analysis, a competition analysis and a SWOT analysis of the Czech marketing association. The last chapter deals with an author´s research focused on a perception of the Czech marketing association by students of the University of Economics in Prague and deals with proposals of communication changes.
Marketing Communication of Selected Non-profit Institution

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of marketing communication of a non-profit institution Junák -- český skaut, z. s., specifically its subordinate unit called Junák -- český skaut, středisko Zlatá Růže Jindřichův Hradec, z. s. To achieve the aim I will use some methods, including a survey for inhabitants of Jindřichův Hradec region and personal interviews with a spokeswoman of Junák and also with leaders of the unit Zlatá Růže. My thesis is based on theoretical findings, which are then applied to specific issues and institution. Results of my thesis will be the actual state of marketing communaciton in the institution and suggesting possible improvements.
Foundation Brücke/Most and its influence on the Czech-German cultural cooperation after 1997

The thesis is aimed to Czech-German cultural relations at the turn of the 20th and 21 century, especially the example of the foundation Brücke/Most, which focuses on the support of Czech-German understanding and cooperation (the Foundation was established in 1997 with the goal to cooperate with the Czech Republic and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe). Based on information from the Foundation, its materials, or interviews with the staff in the foundation the bachelor brings the Foundation Brücke/Most activities closer - the projects that it supports.
